High Vibe Highlight: Aloe Vera Juice
The aloe vera plant is a succulent plant species and has been used for centuries as a medicinal plant. Aloe vera juice is a gooey, thick liquid made from the flesh of the aloe vera plant leaf. While it's commonly used to treat sunburns,. drinking this healthy elixir provides several health benefits which is why it's recently made its way into my daily morning ritual.
