Affirmations are short, powerful statements. They allow you to consciously be in control of your thoughts. An affirmation is carefully shaped to what you need the most in order to have the biggest impact. When you say or think an affirmation, it becomes the thoughts that shape your reality. Much like meditation, affirmations are most affective when done in the morning because our brains are more susceptible to thoughts.
